Hello everybody!! I'm new here and just wanted to say hi. My name is Denice. I've been on a weight loss program since August. I took off most of December and January, but back on it now. To date I have lost 28 pounds. I'm hoping to lose about 25 more. :p

I follow an old weight watcher's program where you count servings. You're only allowed so many servings of breads, meats, fats milk, fruits, and veggies. It's worked really well. I think it's easier than the points. I know that !oz of meat is 1 serving. etc...
