Hello all!
I am trying to lose some weight and even though I am doing good so far I want to speed up the process with some supplements. I know L-carnitine is a sure choice but I have no idea what kind of fat burner to get and should I get aminoacids at all? I wanted to buy some because I don't want to lose muscle and intended to take some after each heavy workout. However, I am doing mostly cardio and eat about right so just wondering if taking aminoacids may slow down my fat burning process. Or maybe I should take something else instead of aminoacids?
I would appreciate if you can recommend me a good combination of weight loss supplements.
