Newcomer Here.

Hello everyone. I'm a 28 year old female from San Francisco trying to lose some weight. I am in the educational field (i.e teacher) and am also a student finishing up her masters. I am currently 5'3 and 138lbs. I would like to lose 10 to 15 pounds and be the weight I was before I was engaged. Being in a relationship is great, but also very fattening! I am currently doing the Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred and trying to walk 2 to 3 miles whenever possible. I just thought I'd say hello!
 
Welcome to the forum.

Its great to see that you are doing some exercise. I am sure that you will be aware that food control is also important for losing weight. Cutting out the junk and making sure that you get all the healthy things like fruit and veg, water, lean protein etc in appropriate portions gives us the fuel that we need to get the exercise done.
