Hello Everyone. My name is Tori. I'm 17 years old and I'm deciding it's time to get into shape. My boyfriend of 7 months broke up with me, and I now want to do something for myself.

Our break up isn't hurting me too badly because I have come to understand it. He's going off to college and I'm going to be a senior in high school and it's not fair for either of us to have such a huge commitment during this part of our lives. We still like each other a lot, but our relationship cannot be more than just a friendship, at least for now. It also doesn't help that neither of us has ever had a real relationship before this one. We need to experience other people and situations before we can appreciate the "us." Who knows what will happen later on, especially since I may go to his college. If we are both single and still attracted to each other, maybe we will get back together.

Sorry, I had to get that out =) Ha, anyway, I want to get in shape for the cross country and track season and I also want to get in shape before I go off to college. I'm very motivated right now =) I hope you guys can help if I lose that motivation for some reason. If there's anything else you want to know about me, just ask =)
 
Hi Tori:] Welcome to the site. I would suggest starting a weight loss diary in the diary section! I know mine has helped me a good bit.


If you feel comfortable discuss how much weight you want to loose, and whats your status now :]
