hi my name is nicci and again i am new to this site. I am trying to loose weight like everyone else. I really dont think I am doing that bad eating though I dont eat until 8pm at night then bed at 10pm whihc is prob bad. I could use some exercise help. My husband is not overweight but I am. I am starting at 200lbs and would like to loose a goal of 40lbs. Any suggestion would help. thanks
