AI recently started working out again! I weigh 205lbs and I am 5'8. I just started hitting the gym for one hour every other day, mostly participating in classes. I "enjoy" spin class the most, I try to get to that class at least twice a week. As far as diet goes I downloaded an app on my iPhone called MyFitnessPal and it has really helped me keep track so far! I try to take in under 1340 calories per day. My goal is around 50lbs, or whenever I feel more comfortable! Any suggestions you guys have would be great! I don't know what a realistic time frame is to get this done so any insight would be very much appreciated! I need advice on if my calorie count and gym time seem appropriate for a fifty pound weight loss! Thanks!!!
