HI whats going on yall i am going to tell yall my life story okay from birth i was an big baby about 8 or nine pounds i have been an fat kid all my life around 200 lbs to about 300 in high school after u got out of high school age 18 i was really depressed about my weight no girlfreind no freinds nothing i felt really bad about my self just to make an long story short anyways around age 20 or 19 i gto an job working at an plant make gears for car the job called for walk around an assmbly line all day it was hot so i sweated all day at work about 8 hours an day
well i was thinking if i am walking and doing all this i should try to loss some weight at the same time so i started takeing zantax 3 deit pills i would wake up about 3 in tha evening eat fruit and then go play basketball at about 6:30 till 9:30 then on my way to work i would stop by everyday and get an footlong pizza sub subway sandwich pizza sub everyday then i went to work at about 11 00 o clock for 8 hours i usally ate nothing at work except an plate of fries maybe like twice an week well then in tha moring i would sometimes eat an biscuit or something but that it then i would repeat that cycle everyday over about an year i think i lost about 70 lbs i guess i did good but i had to stop takeing them pills because they was makeing me be really nervous i guess i got down to about 220 lbs and i counld loss anymore well i kept my weight down for about 2 years well now i gained some weight i am 235 lbs i have gained liek 15 lbs pounds i am afraid of getting really fat again so i have started to get out and get exercisize i usally wake up about 10 30 and eat breakfast i usally eat an slice of bread and bowl of creal then i go jog about 3 miles about 1:30 then i come home and eat an lunch about 3 :00 usally slice of bread and 5 fish sticks then around 7:30 or 8 i go jog another 3 miles
then about 9 :30 i eat two potatoes with slice of cheese on both that what i eat an day but i been running for an month and one week and i havent loss any weight its kinda like i am running for nothing so i am basic wanting to know what i am doing wroung and if i counld replace pne of my meals with an whey protein shake that whey protein you get at wal mart and if i could how should i take since i am on an weight loss diet basely trying to loss about 35 lbs my goal iz to weight 200 lbs thanks yall counld yall help me if yall got yahoo my name on there iz m4g1c_3rr0r_daghost@yahoo.com im me there or on here it dont matter thanks
