Newby who needs a bit of direction

Hi everybody. I am needing some advice. I am a 29y/o f who works at a desk full time, goes to college 14 hrs a week, and has 2 young kids. I quit smoking just over a year ago. I started a new lifestyle just a few months ago. I have been doing 30-45min of cardio(on my cheap elliptical at home) 5X a week, and have been doing some ab and arm work alternating days-5-6 days a week. I only drink water now, and plenty of it. I cut out all fast food. I am eating a higher protein and lower carb diet than I was, along with lots of fresh salad and veggies, which we grow at home. When I started I weighed 197lbs and am now at 181 and have been there for almost 2 wks now. I am hoping someone can direct me toward something I can still fit in the 1-1 1/2hrs a day I have for exercising that will lead to more/better results. I will graduate from nursing school in December and would like to be down to about 150-155(my high school weight-wishful thinking, but I am trying). I am truely trying to change my life/health and not just lose weight. My kiddos are already so happy that I have been more active with them, and I want to be a good healthy example for them. I welcome any advice. Thanks:)

You seem to already have a pretty good plan in place. Personally, I wouldn't really change much. Except, maybe work out for a little longer each day or increase the intensity of your workouts.
