good morning,

new to the internet forums but not new to weight loss struggles. Jan. I decided STOP dieting stop looking for the quick fix the all or nothing approach Ive had with my weight. Reacquaint myself with my body, hunger signs and eat a balance diet that does not only constitue high glycemic foods to relieve my stress and emotional eating.
I since have dropped over 20lbs eating 2500 calories and am starting to feel so much better physicially. But I know doing it alone is not the answer so I searched the internet for places to go for support and found this.
Now lets hope I can find it back (computer savvy NOT) and that I learn how to get around in here to here your stories.
