I'm Alex, hailing from hot, hot Hawai'i. I don't really know what to say, so I'll get right to it.

I attended Wellspring Fitness and Weightloss Camp a couple summers ago. (I strongly suggest it to anyone struggling with weight loss.) Anyway. I went from 180-something to a nice, fit, toned 162. But I'm 5'4," so alas, I had a way to go. Then I lost another ten pounds, but lost most of my muscle too. Now I'm back up to 162, mostly because of stress, I guess.

And I'm ready to start over again. I cut my four sodas a day down to about one a week. And today I took a fifteen minute jog/uphill walk on my mildly crappy treadmill.

And.. I'm a college student and a theatre major; I tend to have busy days and a case of chronic fatigue.

Let's do this :cheers2:

I am sure that they taught you at the fitness camp about eating and strength training. So how did you lose muscle mass if you were eating correctly and strength training correctly?

The camp was only two months. I lost muscle when I came home and stopped strength training/exercising regularly.
