Newbie

ok so ive finally joined the gym, membership starts on friday!

im currently just under 13 stone and am about 5 ft 11, i have little knowledge of what good workout plans are!

im looking for some advice, im not wanting to loose much weight, id just like to 'tone up'

i would appreciate any help or suggestions
