Newbie

Hi Everyone,
Just signed up and all looks good. 1st thing i clicked was the fitness models post...nice intro...i like people with opinions...anyway I'll answer to any posts that I can and in return I hope you will visit my forum where I will be posting articles and such on all fitness related topics...if you are after something specific sign up and post and I'll answer as soon as I can or just let me know what you think of the site so far as we can make changes if they are warranted.

i'm a personal trainer in melbourne, australia...started out with a bodybuilding type focus as i was 55kg at 18 (168cm) and needed to bulk up for footy...didn't have any idea wat i was doing just went by wat the coach set out for me and put on 8kg in about 8 weeks wuth a lot of running and crappy KFC/MACCAS/RE ROOSTER diet...was a bit inconsistent after that for about 4 - 5 yrs as i wood do wts in summer and stop when footy started...then decided to be a personal trainer and have now moved more towards performance type workouts and doing a lot of postural improving at the moment as well as a vertical leap program
