Hi everyone. I'm new here. Just thought I would stop and say hello.
I am 23kg down only 8kg to go. yay me! My current weight is 62kg with a goal of 55kg.
I go to the gym about 5 days per week or more and eat a calorie restricted diet of 1200-1300 calories a day.
look forward to any advise people have for me as I'm always looking for it :)

How long did it take you to loose the initial 23kg?

It took me around 6 months to lose. I lost the first 15 with no exercise and doing a extremely low carb diet. On that diet it happened pretty fast. But I switched to low calorie as I missed a lot of the foods it restricted and joined a gym to get more fit and active. The last 8 took longer to lose but I feel I'm doing it in a better way.
 
I agree, no advice needed, your doing great

Its great you changed your plan also and joined a gym. It can be slower going but is a lot healthier for you to eat right and exercise than deprive your body of the things it needs. Well done!
