Hello everyone -- my name is Jessie and I live in Virginia. I am not new to the battle for weight loss but I am looking to make a serious change in my life. I have started recording my weight by week and keeping a food log on myfitnesspal.com. I know that motivation is seen by the individual but does anyone have any thoughts about what really helped them keep up the progress? Look forward to hearing from y'all!
