Newbie

Thanks plain-jane. My goal in joining is to get and give support. Like many on this site, I've lost a large amount of weight but also struggle daily to keep it off. For me, sugar is not my friend! Reading nutritional labels is paramount for me because most non or low fat foods are higher in sugar content. Hopefully, there are others that struggle with my problem and have good ideas on how to overcome the sugar battle.
