Hi Guys,


So I'm looking for some help I'm Mitch from England I'm 6 foot 4 weigh over 20 stone and i really need to lose loads of weight to be honest last year before my trip to america i managed to shed three stone but whilst on holiday i started to slip back into a high fat and sugar diet and then when i returned from vacation i moved to Uni and carried on the bad habits from there.


And my weight has escalated from there with all the drinking and the fast foods little exercise. But i need to start losing weight i have so many nice clothes from when i lost weight and i really want to fit into them and for health reasons too i look in the mirror and all i see is a mess.


So what i have done is got MyfitnessPal app for all my food intake and i have put up a picture of when i was thinner to get me motivated but so far i just put 2 pounds on. (it was my birthday the other day and i drank considerable amount of alcohol and eat shit for the weekend celebration)


Anyone got any advice some great tips: My week diet is pretty good i eat


Breakfast - Fruit and Fibre

Lunch - Chicken and Cous Cous or Fresh Pasta

Dinner - Chicken or Fish with Salad or Jacket Potato


My Weekend Diet is awful as i go home and just eat normally

Breakfast - Bacon and Sausage Sandwich

Lunch Saturday (whatever i find) Sunday - Sunday Roast

Dinner Takeaway


Anyone give me advice other than the obvious stop eating takeaway
