Hi I'm Angelika and I'm a newbie trying to find the right solutions for weight loss. I've tried several diet plans and some works but quite hard to maintain and others are unsuccessful. So I'm here hoping to find the right solution.

start with NOT going on a diet... make a life style change. Start eating smaller portions and start eating foods that are better for you. If you want to lose weight lower your calorie intake & start walking. Start by finding you BMR and lowering that no less then 1200 calories a day. and start walking at least 3 times a week until you feel you can do more.
