Well I have been lurking around here for quite a while reading posts and figured it would be time to signup. My name is Adam and I am 23 from Ontario Canada
Currently I weigh 227 and am working on getting down to 180. I have had a bit of trouble with motivation lately but reading some of the posts here help a ton. I started weighing myself daily and writing it on my calendar as that seems to keep me motivated to keep pushing hard at the gym.
Right now I do 3 spin classes a week and then end up going to the gym around 9PM mon - thurs with my cousin for a bit more cardio and some weights.
Glad to be here and can't wait to get in on some discussions!
