Newbie!

I am new here just wanted to stop by and see what it is all about.
I am a 24 year old single mom of a 6 year old son. I work during the day and go to school at night. I am trying to lose 15 pounds I have gained recently. I find it hard to fit in a workout since I only have about 4 - 5 hours total that I am not busy (with work, my son, and school).

hey there welcome this is my first day too... i know its really hard with kidos but you just have to make it up in your mind you going to... try something you can do at home in only 30 mins like jumping rope or jogging around the block ... just gotta take that first step you will do great
 
Hi, it's my 1st day as well, and I've already had some great feedback. The people here seem very supportive. I'm a 24yr old guy from new york, so with all the good food here, I've ballooned up since high school, and I'm trying to lose 51lbs. I can't offer any advice at this point (cause then I'd be thin) lol, so I'll just wish you the best of luck :)
