im new to this forum and would just like to say hi, i m looking to lose 20kilos. i had a baby by c-section in january and i have lost the baby weigth but i was over weight before i got pregnant. i am looking for support and motivation from you, and to give support and motivation for others. i find my biggest problem is that i start a diet or excerise program and it lasts 3 days and i end up eating a burger or chocolate......i find it difficult to stay motivated when i m soooooo tired with havign a baby that refuses to sleep! anyway hello everyone!
