Hi folks. I just registered. I'm male, 54, 5'10", 200 pounds. I've always stayed on the edge. I picked up a few over the holidays -- kept up my workouts, but ate everything in sight. I exercise about 5x week (have for a couple of years). But BP and glucose are getting into worrisome category, at least episodically, and I'm not getting any younger.

It's great to see you work out so regularly. Seems to be you just need to adjust the amount/types of foods are you consuming.
 
Welcome to the forum. You might like to start a diary? Also there's a guy here named Tomo who is pretty amazing and close to you in age. He has really improved his health and is respected around here.
 
I'm a newbie too! I really admire your workout motivation, though. I'm struggling to stick to my "twice a week" goal.
