Newbie without a plan!

Hi there!

I'm new to Fitness Forum! I'm a student from Edinburgh and I've just re-joined the gym. I'm 20 years old, 170cm, and currently weigh 63.5kg. At the start of the summer I weighed about 56-57kg and consider this to be my perfect weight. Today I did 30 minutes on the cross trainer and then 30 minutes on the tread mill (5 mins jog/5 mins fast). The truth is though, I don't have a clue what I'm doing!

Does anybody have any ideas for a bit of a plan?

My aim is to get back to around 57kg and maintain that weight.

I think I'm quite a healthy eater, so I'm not worried about that side of things. To be honest I'm not even that worried about the weight! I'd just like to step into the gym and have a bit more of a clue. It would be nice to do some toning, especially my tummy, just not sure how to go about it!
