thank you so much ... i wasn't looking for much support on here to be honest ... but acctually got a reply ... it's great i'm getting motivation and support ... i pretty much started on valentines day @ 189 ... i'm already down to 177 ... my goal is 155 ... 22 to go!!! i know it's a long way ... but i know with consistent running, weightlifting, and diet ... i'll probably be there in april sometime ... (i'm hoping)
