Newbie starting Cohen's today :)

Ok so......I am a single Mum of two boys aged 3 and 14 months. I am 122kg and the biggest I have ever been! I HATE IT! So, I am starting the Cohen's Lifestyle eating plan. It worked for my Aunt who lost 35kg, and has maintained her weight for 3 years so far. I will be weighing myself weekly regardless of the guidelines :)
For brekky I had some yoghurt, had a snack of crispbread and then cauliflower and cheese soup for lunch. I'm hungry, but only because I am stuck inside today and bored, whereas on a normal day I would be out and about with the boys to pass the time. I think I have managed 1.5L of water so far......pretty sick of water!
Any hints, tips and success stories will be very much appreciated!
