For some reason i woke up and thought "Its about time you got fit fatty", but i have thought that a few times and i finally decided to do it instead of thinking about it!
I found a few other flaws aswell, like not eating breakfast. Eating my lunchtime sandwhichs at 9am and snacking on biscuits all day untill dinner!
From what i understand, not eating at the proper times promotes the body to store earlier food? and working in an office theres only one place for it to go!
So instead of getting up at 8:10am and rushing to work, the alarm goes off at 7:20am, i admit im struggling to get out of bed then but im out by 7:40am giving me time for a cup of tea (No sugar) and some wetabix.
I also make 1 sandwhich on brown nutty bread, and a box of salad with tuna and a frankfurter cut up. I plan to change the tuna to chicken one week, something else, then tuna. + a Yogurt
So roughly breaky at 7:30
Sandwhich at 10~10:30
salad + yogurt 1:30~2pm
I've started jogging and sprinting. The plan is Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun.
Atm, because im unfit im streching, brisk walk 2 mins, jog for 5, walk for 1, jog 5. Then sprints which take 5-10 mins, then 10 mins jogging.
Hoping in 4-5 weeks to get those 10 minute jogs up to 20/25 mins and have 2 sessions of sprinting, but currently im sore after and the next day so i dont want to risk injury!
My target is just to get a decent level of fitness and loose some bodyfat. Im 6'5, 18.5 stone and a BMI of roughly 31.
Im no blob, some of that weight is down to muscle but at 25 the clock is ticking and theres plenty of fat that needs to go!
Im just looking for additional addvice, and to make sure im on the right track?
