Hi everyone, This is my first post but I've been frequenting the site for advice and motivation over the past little while.

I have never been a really heavy girl but I honestly believe that once you hit 30 your BODY HAS A MIND OF ITS OWN. I didn't change the way I ate but I still kept on gaining a bit of pounds here and there throught out my late 20's. I finally hit my heaviest weight of 150 this march and since then have been doing my best to get the weight off.

Last week I hit 140lbs and I was so excited that I rewarded myself with a treat..MC DONALDS..and then the problem set it. I haven't had MC Donalds in about 2 months and now I cannot control the urge to eat all that other bad stuff Mcdonalds, chips, pop (this weekend was really bad) and then feeling so so so so so guilty afterwards. Is there anything you can suggest to help me get back on track and kill the JUNK FOOD CRAVING?

I personally don't want to lose too much more weight just get down to 135weight, and honestly getting down to about 135 would be fine for me, as I'm 5'6 and caribbean and any lower than 135lbs doesn't look good on me. But I need to stop with the junk food or I'm going to gain everything right back.

HELP...

Welcome! :) I would say to eat or drink something that's sweet, but HEALTHY to offset any sweet tooth, and if you MUST go out to eat, pick something decently healthy, like a salad, but even those can get out of hand when it comes to fast food. When I want junky type foods I usually tell myself "NO!" and in my mind slap my hand away, lol, but last week was bad for me, though I stayed within my calories, I ate ice cream almost every day!! Best of luck!
