I have finally quit smoking after 14 years of on and off. I have also always been overweight..now that Ive tackled this nicotine addiction..I need to get my weight under control. I have tried many..and I say many things to lose weight..the most recent is the BloodType Diet..been most successful on the South beach. I do like the style of south beach...I believe my biggest issue is exercise. I have absolutely no energy ..and little motivation. My hope in joining a group as this is to find support, accountability for my actions, and ways to get me through this weight loss journey!
