I'm 14 n wanna loose some weight
i wanna get skinnier legs, thighs, butt, belly..... get rid of whole body fat.....
so, i was wondering if u could give me a hand, like tell me what exercises to do, how often, so i loose this extra fat
i would be very grateful to you
this would involve mostly exercises at home.....
and one more thing, i would like to accomplish this in a faster way
