newbie needs help :)

hello everybody
I'm 14 n wanna loose some weight :D
i wanna get skinnier legs, thighs, butt, belly..... get rid of whole body fat.....
so, i was wondering if u could give me a hand, like tell me what exercises to do, how often, so i loose this extra fat :D
i would be very grateful to you
this would involve mostly exercises at home.....
and one more thing, i would like to accomplish this in a faster way :D
 
Start by going for 30 minute walks for 2 weeks.

Next 2 weeks go for 30 minute jogs.

Next 2 weeks go for 45 minute jogs.

Next 2 weeks go for 30 minutes runs

Start lifting weights,

etc.
 
Honestly, for someone so young...I'd really recommend going to a nutritionist or someone who can help you do this as healthy as possible. A 14 year old's body is SO far from fully developed...I just worry doing it wrong could throw your body out of wack.
And there is no "fast" way of losing body fat. You can starve yourself and lose a few pounds of muscle and fluid... But it'll pile back on the moment you stop starving yourself. So get the idea out of your head that there is a quick way to do something that takes a lot of effort and discipline.
Definitely see a nutritionist, or ask your parents to help you find information. There is a lot of good information on this forum, but not for a child.
 
I don't think there is anything wrong with being conscious of how you look at that age. As long as it is done correctly, it could get you into good habits for life. I think rather than joining a gym or anything, just be sensible with what you eat, not strict. Go join a sports club. Something that will keep you active, while having fun, and meeting new friends. Worked for me. I have friends I haven't seen for 10 years since leaving a club or something, but if I saw them in the street tomorrow after everything we have been through together, it will be like we last saw each other only yesterday. That is the best part of it all, the side effect will be a healthier more active body.
