Ok so heres my stats

230 Lbs
My goal is total to lose 60 Lbs and get to 170. Of course the cliche loose fat gain muscle,
I eat at a dining facility where I work 3 times a day. We have good Choices to be healthy. Chicken Beef and Turkey a lot and Salads Etc.
Here is what has been done so far.
Cut out all sodas. I drink Either water or Flavored Water with no sugar or carbs.
I would like to lose as much as I can in 60 days.
would love some guidence. I want to come up with a plan to reduce my stomach and underneth my chin where I have the biggest problem.
I dont have a problem with going to the gym but Im lost on how to create a program aka arms one day shoulders Legs Etc..
Any help would be appreciated..
