Newbie --need Help Excercise & Emotinal Eating

Hi, I'm 5' and my highest weight was 400 lbs, we found out my husband had cancer a little while back and he has passed away a few monthes ago. And just the stress of dealing with all of that (I guess) caused me to lose about 75 lbs. I'm now at 320 --but not a recommed way to lose weight-- Now I'm looking for any advice on excercise and emotinal eating--my bad time is at night after 6pm, and when i lost the 75lbs i did'nt excerise so I'm flabby now, and I need to tighten things up but I'm not able to do a lot of excercise and I've still got a lot to lose. I need help with my belly and skin hanging under my arms.
