Hi Everyone,
I'm a newbie to this forum and just wanted to introduce myself as well as share my experience with my weight loss. Thank you all for posting. So far I like what I've read and will continue to read more.
I've always wanted to change my lifestyle to eat healthier and lose at least 15 lbs. I've tried a detox program and that did not work. No results! I also wanted to try other diet supplements but was afraid I might have side effects. There is so much out there, I was overwhelmed with all the different brands. So again I was on a mission to find the best and healthiest weight loss program.
In December 2013, I went on a pure, natural, organic vegan detox/cleanse for 10 days and after this program I have continued to lose weight. So far I've lost 18 lbs and am currently down 5-6 sizes from my original size. After being on this detox/cleansing program...I feel and am healthier then I've ever been! I no longer crave for sweets and am now making healthier choices when eating. I really believe that prior to starting any weight loss program, you should consider detox/cleansing first.
Now that I've lost all this weight, I want to tone up. I realize I do not have time to go to the gym so I wanted to get some advice on what are good HOME exercises to help tone your legs and mainly your buttocks?
