Im Nev, Im 5'9, 243 pounds. and want to be 180 by august 25th (When i go to college) I was hoping someone here could help me. I used to be 280 but got down this far, now i need to really step it up to reach my goals. Can anyone tell me what to do?
Lately ive been counting calories, trying to stay about 1500 or so. and i do 25 situps then 10 pushups and 25 more situps. then i walk a couple blocks. Ive been looking for better excersizes for losing my belly fat.
