Newbie - Let the fun begin!

It's always fun to be the newcomer and I am looking forward to reading about other folks weight loss and diet plans. I have been on and off diets forever and hope this time will be my last.


I started this diet in July and have lost 12 lbs so far. I started week one with just green smoothies for breakfast and lunch and a fruit smoothie for dinner. After a week, I went to a green smoothie for breakfast, salad at lunch and small meal at dinner. I also take Sundays off and eat some of my favorite foods. It seems to be working. I think for me the Sunday off is a big motivator.


Well, I will be checking in with the forums to see what others are doing....
