Hello group I want to thank the owner for creating site that is so helpfull. I just find the site started reading saw how nice pple are so I joined.
Little about my self I 35 years old been over wieght most my life I need to lose 100lbs that would put me at 212lbs. I have great wife that is going through my life change together. I will tell you the hardest thing for me was saying I need change. I am finding easer now with help my wife to change my eating and working out habits. We try to work out 3 days week walk when we can rest of the time

That was how I was able to succeed, having a great girlfriend who decided to do this with me (and didn't really need to lose much weight, maybe 10-15 lbs if that)... having someone is KEY. It wasn't competitive like it is in the gym, its 100% supportive and how I was actually able to do it this time.
 
I am back again

I am also competitive like to push my self and wife she on the other hand hates it when I push her. But she person that goes at alot slower pace. I have learned that I have alot bad eating habites I need to change but learning alot thing from Wieght watcher. For I learning I need start food diary watch what I eat I am finding it hard or should say wiered to write every thing down I put in my mouth. I just have to remember one foot in front of other one baby step at time I have walked mile so on to new life. I hope to start juneral soon with pic I of me at the start so I remember how look before I will not go back.
 
Hello back inform you I had lose of few lbs

I went to weight in at Weight Watch I had a lost 2.6lbs was kind happy and kind sad at the same time. I was happy that I lost some weight but sad that I did not have more of lost. I went to gym 4 times last week watched what ate. I think going to have chart every thing now was doing in my head.
 
Yes it is always encouraging with someone supporting you. I am working well with my diet scheme as my boyfriend is having diet with me.

Hello agian had few days hell. just been bissy at work and last few night and got to cart my meal for the first timelong

meals went as
bowl breackfest food kind large should have used cup
8-9 pm I had large salad about 2 cups
later on had 2 honey bells small orgenge
small stack
later in morning I had 3 snack that came to 940 cals not good and few other can not remember so I think I may be eating to much

Tomorrow I will post everything let you all know what you think. I hope I wake up for yoga class golds gym I find that realy works the body keeps you toes
 
heya, you should start a diary thing under the diary threads to keep track of your food and exercise and general mood, also means we can poke our nose in and say hi :D
