I'm new to the forum. I just joined a gym and I thought this would be a good way to stay motivated and maybe learn something new from others.
Little bout me,
I'm Vito, 29 yr (Male). I have a busy lfe between school and work, so fitting in a workout schedule is like a balancing act. I'm also a volunteer firefighter with a local agency, for about 6 years now. I have joined gyms in the past and after awhile seem not to go back or fall into a rut. Now @ 6'1 and 306 lbs , we have a problem. I decided the time to make a change is now, not just to get in shape but to make a change in lifestyle, which I have to admit probably wont happen over night. I'm hoping to keep a journal along the way, to maybe get some insight from people that have been there.
