tryed to say goodbye to the belly fat but the arms and the pecs dissaperd =|
and still the belly fat stayed ..... im doing it all wrong here people !!

To reduce Body fat on your stomach area, please do not take any notice to those who tell you "ab exercises are the best way" (sit ups, crunches) they just build muscle underneath your fat and push the fat out more so it wont make any difference. I am sorry to infrom you my friend, but the only way to get rid of a "flabby belly" is simply cardio! And I mean a lot of cardio and a lot of hard work, try and get at least 45 minutes on the treadmill preferably. The best way to do it is by training in your 50%-70% maximum heart rate, now to work this out simply calculate 220 - age. Here is an example for you to follow, say i was 20 and my maximum heart rate is 220 (same as everyones no matter weight or height, none of that makes a difference here.) so my maximum heart rate would be 200 but you want to be working in at least 50% of that which would be 100BPM, but if you really want to burn that stomach fat off try your best to work at 70% (140BPM) but bring it down to 50% (100BPM) every so often so you don't over exercise and pass out, now try this for as long as you can but make sure you have a really good go and push yourself!
