Well after ive slowly put on more and more weight due to a number of factors, i'm on here trying to lose weight in a healthy way!

I've always been rather strange with food but i'm doing okay so far :D


I'm looking to lose about 50-60lbs! Its going to take me forever. I'm at about 189lbs now, my heaviest ever. I won't go into how i gained the weight.


I'm mostly here for tips on how to stop snacking, something ive stopped doing now but am struggling with hunger pangs. I also get confused by what is good and bad foods. Plus exercises i can do around the house would always be helpful.


And of course i'd like to help you guys :)

AWelcome to the forum, Tenji. I'd suggest starting a diary in the diary section, if you haven't done that already. Diaries are a great way to get motivation and feedback from other members. I hope you enjoy your stay on the forum and good luck!! :)
