Hello!
I'm not even sure where to begin; I've never actively tried to lose weight! I recently turned 26, and, well, my body just isn't what it used to be. I've never owned a scale, so I can't say much as far as numbers go. If I were to estimate my current weight, I'd say I'm around 130 lbs. (at 5'2"). I'm not sure what my weight used to be, but at my smallest, I wore a size 2, and up until about a year or two ago, I wore, on average, a size 4. I just bought my first pair of size 8 pants, and I'm not happy about it! I don't have a specific number of pounds I'd like to lose, but I'd like to get back down to a 2. I'm not big on strenuous exercise, so I'd like to acheive this mostly with diet. I eat pretty healthy, but I have a serious soft spot for full-fat dairy and carbohydrates. I don't eat meat (or fish), and I love fruits and veggies. I simply need to break my addiction to cheese and pasta, and cut calories!
