Hi Everyone.
Glad I found this site. I have 30 lbs to lose. I really need some support. I lost 60 lbs two years ago. When Doc put me on prozac I gained 30 back, like fast. I'm off the prozac and would really like to drop the excess poundage.

Hey Starbucks mom..I'm trying to lose 30 pounds too.
The fact that a new Starbucks is opening up a couple blocks away won't help.
I love my Vente Caramel Lattes.
 
Hello every one,

Im also new to the site and have come for a bit of motivation too. I have lost 2 stone but would like to lost another 2 in the next 6 months if I can. Were can I find the before and after pic?

Oh no. Starbucks is a killer on a diet! LOL.

I named by border collie ....starbuck. I get free local coffee now. :smilielol5:
