Hello Everyone,

I am so glad to find this forum. I see this is a lively community of people all working hard to achieve the goals that they have set.

I am a SAHM of four children, I home school two of my children. I have been happily married for almost 13 years. I am here looking for support on my journey to good health. I know it is possible to achieve good health, and I know that if that is my ultimate goal that the wight loss will follow.

I follow a lower carb approach to my health, and it is working very well for me. I have already lost 35 lbs, and I feel great. Now I need to exercise, but I really can't do much because I broke my ankle in December of last year. I had to have surgery where they put a plate and seven screws in. I am still recovering, but I am walking on my own now just not enough to have a full workout. I am doing some upper body weights just to keep me doing something. If anyone has any suggestions for other types of exercise I would be eternally grateful.

Well, I look forward to getting to know you all better as we all hit that ultimate goal of good health.
