I've been coming to this site for a few months. My fitness goals aren't really focused on weight loss, but on transforming the way I look and feel.
Currently, I am 5' 3" and 114 pounds, but I've spent years eating badly and not consistently working out due to a few shoulder surgeries and back surgeries.
I have been on the path to eating well for several months now and have replaced fast food with a lot of veggies. I've also managed to give up my habit of drinking wine at night, and now only have it once a week.
I'm stepping up my weight training starting this month and hope to see some great results!
