Hey, great to hear you're taking steps to lose weight. I have about 50-60 lbs to lose so we're in the same boat. Not to mention I work in a liquor store from 2pm-10pm every day so talk about being a night eater! I don't usually get to have dinner until 11pm. On that note, however, I have some great tricks that are currently helping me and will help you too, even though they seem so simple. First off, eat a huge breakfast. I'm talking like steak and eggs with bacon huge. Then have a snack a couple hours later like string cheese or nuts. Then have a medium size lunch that's full of protein, like chicken breast and salad. You should actually find yourself feeling like you can put lunch off till later because of the snack and large breakfast you ate hours earlier, which in turn allows you to eat lunch later and therefore when dinner rolls around you need only to eat something small and satiating to cover the hours before bed. all in all, eat larger meals earlier and you stave off hunger later on (which counts, because when you eat at night, which i used to do all the time, your basal metabolic rate as well as insulin production is trained to turn it into fat instead of muscle while sleeping) I'd love to continue to chat and be mentors to one another.
