I've always had issues with weight my entire life. I had an accident about 8 years ago and put on a consierable amount of weight. I went on herbalife and lost over 70#'s. Since then I changed jobs and have a much different way of life now. I was always on my feet, working as a technician at a busy auto shop. Now I do the same type of work but do it on the road. I drive 6-10 hrs a day, for over 5 years now. Well its finnaly cought up with me and I need to go back on a diet. I'm also resuming my cardio type workout and plan on getting back into lifting. I ride and race dirt bikes in the warmer months and due to some medical reasons last summer I didnt ride more then 3-4 times, which helped put me at the weight I'm now at. I started back on the herbalife today. Only cheated a little on the first day, a handfull of sunflower seads and a granola bar, ok and one redbull. But I'm going thru caffine withdraw! I usually drink a very large amount of coffee and soda.
