Stopping by to say hello to everyone and read a little about your success, stories and hopefully get some pointers, suggestions, ideas, and just to make some friends etc.
I have been on the LA Weight Loss program for 9 wks already and I think I have been taking for a ride once again by weight loss programs, have only 6 lbs, which is super discouraging, and depressing, because I personally think I am following it pretty good, and still nothing... Have been on diets ever since I can remember, with no luck, I am 52 yrs old, so my children are grown and on their own, have 60 lbs to loose, and for some reason it is becoming harder and harder, I am 5;01 and my weight is constantly fluctuating from 190 to 198, up and down, up and down, can't get out of the 190s at all. I try to eat pretty good, starch (cereal) Kashi with skim milk and fruit for breakfast, mid morning, V8 and 1/2 protein bar, lunch usually salad with tuna fish or chicken breast and another V8, mid afternoon, 1/2 protein bar and fruit, before dinner a whole protein bar, dinner any meat (protein) with vegetables, and fruit, later snack fruit. So, I think I am eating good, just don't know why this weight won't budge. Any suggestions, pls don't say exercise, that is a major bad word for me
Is anyone outthere also on the LA Weight Loss Program that has worked for them?, I am begining to feel real bad about this program that was actually not very cheap.
