Hey all, so yea I'm new here...looking forward to learning a few things as well as getting and giving some support...
Been a total couch potatoe and alcoholic for a while...needless to say it's time to lose weight before the diabetes sets in...
Trying to drink a lot less, totally quitting is not looking good, so considering that, I know it's a bad idea I started taking ephedrine...also started taking herbal cleansing pills which are probably a good idea...
Always been told just do as much cardio as hard as your body can handle and you'll shed the pounds fast...recently heard from someone that doing other exercises such as pushups, situps, jumping jacks etc are more beneficial for weight loss than cardio.
Can anyone here attest to this?
A girl friend is on a fruit/veg/protien diet and swears by it...I would have no problem with a diet like that (making sure I eat enough to have energy to workout of course and proper body/brain functioning). But of course cuz of the drinking there's going to be a few more calories thrown in there...
Anyone else out there are or have ever tried to lose weight (successfully or unsuccessfully) and drinking at the same time? (about 2 drinks a day or 10 a week?)...would love some opinions on that and to hear some experiences.
So...there's my intro!! Hope to get some feedback, work my way into this forum and get and give some support and learn a thing or two as well!
