Hey Everyone!
So I just stumbled upon this site and thought it would be good to get some support. I've just starting exercising and eating healthy again about a month ago. Over the past year I let myself gain some weight and now that summer is coming up I need to loose it. I use to go to the gym but Im really not into it this time around. So I have a bunch of different workout DVD's. Zumba, Jillian Michaels, Hip Hop Abs, etc. I probably shouldn't have gotten so many different dvd's bc I like them all a lot so it's hard to do them all. The one that I really feel has effected me the most is Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, I've been doing that everyday for 16 days now and Im on Level 2. Since it's only 20 minutes I feel like I have to get some more cardio in. That's when I'll do either a hour long Zumba video or one of the others.
I'm hoping to get advice here on which workouts are the best for loosing weight. Im sure they all do that but I would like to loose weight as fast as I can without doing it the wrong way.
