Newbie here from Toronto

Hello, so let me first let you all know that I am a not the best at working out. I don't have not enough motivation to go to the gym, until now I have met such a wonderful girl and we are going to cuba in a couple months. Which is why I have made it to this site, I am trying to focus on bringing back my pecks and strengthening my arms and legs also every mans wish is get some abs. OK maybe everything. I work sitting down all day so with that came a gut and fat in other places, I'm not that bad at 31yo and 5'10 with 175lbs I know I can fix that quickly. I need to look good to fit in boxer short type swimwear on the beach.

I know I have a lot to do to get fit fast, I just hope I can find the right direction to take.
