Newbie Here and I need help.

Hey guys. I literally just joined this forum a few seconds ago and I wanted someone to talk to or to give me advice.

Well, I'm a senior in high school and I'm a bit chubby. I'm insecure about my body and I just want to lose weight so I can wear skinny jeans and smaller-sized shirts. I've started on little things such as drinking more water and doing sit-ups but I really, really want to lose the stomach fat.

If you can give me tips, ANYTHING to lose as much weight as I can in the shortest amount of time, it'll be greatly appreciated.
 
First - HAVE SOME PATIENCE. Good grief! Your first post was at 9:54 on a Saturday night. And your follow up post was at 10:09 - 16 minutes later. Most people aren't around here on weekend nights and if they are, you have to give them more than 16 minutes to respond.

Second - This whole site is about tips to lose weight. You're asking people to spoon feed you the information that is all over this board if you just take the time to read. There are dozens of sticky posts in each forum that are titled things like "How to get started" and "The Basics of Nutrition" and so forth. Show some initiative, read the posts, and then ask questions about what you read. Don't expect people to spoon feed you the information and retype everything that's already been written.
