Hi Hope to get some great answeres here. I am fairly new to lifting weights, I like it. I do 3 sets of 14 pull downs, then 3 sets of bench presses, and 3 sets of sholder presses. Not alot but I like it. I want to them everyday, tell me why I can or can Not do this? I don't understand why if it is just that little bit, doing it everyday would hurt? Thanks so much!
