Hi all,
I am new to this forum. I am single, male, 35 years old, 6"1" and a vegetarian. Last September, @ 410 pounds I decided something had to change. Since then I have been on a fairly steady 1800 calorie a day regimen (I hate calling it a diet), in those 8 months (actually 7, since I mostly took the holidays off), I have lost 122 pounds (I weighed in at 288 this morning). This is the most drastic success I have ever had.
In the last week I have begun adding exercise into the mix (I jog about 1-2 miles a day, and lift (machine) weights for the upper body every other day).
I eat two 20g protein bars a day, and take a creatine monohydrate powder, supplement and full multivitamin everyday.
anyway I want to encourage everyone that success is possible, and if I can help you let me know how! I really feel blessed to have discovered a path that works for me.
Best,
Buphiloguy75
